		<description>We've not had much chance to discuss this.  But the copyright board's decision certainly makes the prospects for internet radio rather bleak.  Still, there is some movement, in the radio sector and in Congress to step in and protect net radio.</description>

		<description>Very good post!  This does raise some interesting questions.  The provision that bloggers have to acknowledge sponsorship is precisely the trouble with 'traditional' payola.  Sponsorship identification ought to be mandatory--if only from a 'consumer protection' protection.</description>
